2. You can only upload a text file or a ZIP file that contains a single text file.
3. File size should not be greater than 2 MB. If file size is greater than 2 MB, single text file in ZIP format will be accepted. Maximum number of records allowed in a file is 25,000.
4. Aadhaar number and Aadhaar information provided here will be used for doing authentication of the member using the tools provided by the UIDAI. Please correct your details against Aadhaar or against UAN wherever it is incorrect.
5. Uploaded file can be processed partially. Erroneous records will be shown in error file while successfully processed records can be approved from Member -> APPROVALS
6. DSC/eSign is not required in case of verified Aadhaar.
7. Member registration cases will be invalidated if the registration process is not duly completed within 60 days.
8. KYC seeded will be invalidated automatically if not approved digitally within 60 days.
9. Bank KYC seeded through the employer is not allowed. If the bank KYC is seeded, it will be ignored. Please advise members to seed their bank KYC through the member portal.
मैंने EPF & MP अधिनियम और इसकी योजना के तहत पंजीकरण और विभिन्न लाभों के लिए अपनी पहचान स्थापित करने के उद्देश्य से ईपीएफओ को अपना आधार साझा करने के लिए सभी सदस्यों की सहमति ली है। आधार धारक इस बात से अवगत है कि उसके द्वारा प्रदान की गई जानकारी का उपयोग आधार प्रमाणीकरण प्रणाली के माध्यम से ऊपर बताए गए उद्देश्य के लिए पहचान को प्रमाणित करने के लिए किया जाएगा और किसी अन्य उद्देश्य के लिए नहीं किया जाएगा।
